Designed for comprehensive functionality, the Automatic Shrink Sleeve Label Applicator Machine consists of a robust main structure, a product transmission belt with guide adjustment, and an in-feed screw for seamless product flow. It incorporates a sleeve former (mandrel), a rotary cutter for precise sleeve cutting, and a safety acrylic cover for operator protection. The machine also features an integrated shrink tunnel , along with motors, sensors, an electrical panel, AC drive, PLC, and HMI—all working together to deliver a reliable and efficient labeling process.
